This website is operated by The Wildflower School Limited (The Wildflower School). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Wildflower School. We offer this website, including all information, products and services to you, the “User”, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
BINDING TERMS
By visiting our site and/or paying a deposit towards a workshop or course, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use our Service.
CHANGES TO WEBSITE
We are permitted to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we also have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site though we will not sell your personal information to anyone.
USE OF IMAGES AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Any user accessing this website is not permitted to copy, save or use any of the images and photography without the prior written consent of The Wildflower School.
The Wildflower School is permitted to share images from our workshops and courses. Should you not wish for us to share images of yourself please let us know.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content of that website. We will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, services, products or websites. Unless stated otherwise by The Wildflower School, any link on the website which directs the User to another website does not imply endorsement, approval or recommendation of that site, their operators or their products/services- it is merely crediting the appropriate vendors.
WORKSHOP and COURSE PROGRAMMES
The Wildflower School reserves the right to make alterations to the programme of any workshop or course if it deems necessary- and will undertake to notify you in advance of any major changes if at all possible.
WORKSHOP and FLOWER COURSE PAYMENT POLICY
In order to secure a place in any of our workshops and courses you will be required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit/ booking fee* which will go towards your final balance. Payment of this deposit/ booking fee means you have agreed to our Terms of Service. The acceptance of the Terms of Service and deposits paid guarantees your place is reserved.
*Please note that some workshops will require a MINIMUM NUMBER OF ATTENDEES to go ahead. If this number of bookings is not achieved by a specific date The Wildflower School may decide to cancel or postpone the workshop- and in which case you will be notified and your deposit will be REFUNDED (if the workshop is cancelled) or TRANSFERRED to a future workshop date (if the workshop is postponed). Once the minimum number of bookings has been reached payments will NOT be refundable.
The balance is due and payable in full at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event (please refer to your invoice for the specific due date of the balance to be paid for the course or workshop you are enrolled for).
CANCELLATION
Please note that in the event of change of mind or cancellation by you, all payments already made are non-refundable.

FORCE MAJEURE
For purposes of the present terms of service, "Event of Force Majeure" means any event or events which mean that The Wildflower School cannot provide their service, despite all reasonable efforts - which include but not limited to war, terrorism, riots, civil strife, lightning, fires, explosions, storms, floods, other acts of nature, strikes, lockouts or acts of authorities preventing The Wildflower School from fulfilling their obligations. If The Wildflower School is prevented from performing any of its obligations by reason of an Event of Force Majeure, The Wildflower School shall be excused from their commitments. The Wildflower School will discuss and come to a reasonable compromise after the Event of Force Majeure.
